About The Boss The Maid Chemistry
Efa has just arrived in New York City after graduating from university. Her plans are to spend the summer in New York working for a hotel. Everything has been arranged for her trip by her sister’s fiance and his family and friends.
Upon arriving and settling in to her temporary apartment, she decides to scope out the hotel she starts work at the next day. She decides to have a drink in the bar and just enjoy herself. Little does she expect to meet an older gentleman and then go home with him. Thus begins a summer fling.
Bennett is hiding out at his hotel. He believes someone has determined that he is Ben Fort, owner of Fort Inc. and is stalking him at his apartment.
While sitting in the bar having a drink, a beautiful young woman enters. She is trying to read the drink menu and the bartender is being a royal jerk about her need for a light. Bennett is taking mental notes, since it is his hotel.
While enjoying their drinks, they strike up a flirty conversation. Next thing we know they are headed to her apartment for a night of sin.
The next day, Efa is put on housekeeping duty since a flu bug has many of the staff out ill. When she goes to clean the suites with her trainer, she is shocked to see Bennett in one of them. Needless to say, his paranoia kicks in and he thinks she is stalking him.

Mayhem prevails at the hotel a few days later when the room system is not working for housekeeping to find out if the guests have checked out or left notes about when to clean the room. When her trainer calls down to check with the front desk, she learns their system is also not working. She tells Efa that she has been reassigned to the front desk to help with the mass of guests trying to check in and out.
Later that evening, Efa and Bennett are discussing the events that happened and she voices her concern that the hotel systems are being hacked. After their discussion and other comments that he has made, she starts to put together some of the pieces of the puzzle.
When Leo announces that he is bringing his girlfriend, Nadia, to guys night, Bennett asks Efa to also come. He does not like Nadia and he is hoping that the girls will allow the guys to have an enjoyable evening. Alas, that is not to be.
Efa begins to suspect that someone in Bennett’s inner circle is betraying him. The only way to prove it is with evidence. She works with Fort Inc’s security director to unearth who it is and why they are doing it.
However, when faced with her actions and theories, he turns on her. She is heartbroken.
So much happens behind the scenes. When the true culprit is unmasked, what will be the fallout?
All Efa ever wanted was to work for Fort Inc. Now all she wants is to go back home. She is mature beyond her years, yet she needs to go home to lick her wounds.
