About The Accidental Dating Experiment
Juliet has not fared well in the dating world. She has been set up on dates by friends and has resorted to dating apps to find Mr. Right. Unfortunately for her, all she has found is Mr. Wrong. After her cheese date and her bet with Monroe, she realizes she needs help.
In the meantime, Juliet and Monroe are gifted a house in Darling Springs by a listener of their podcast as a thank you. They decide to go see the state of the house and see what they need to do to it in order to sell it. Their goal is to use the money the expand their podcast and market it more. Boy are they in for a surprise.
While in Darling Springs assessing and fixing up the house, Monroe offers to be Juliet’s dating coach. I loved his take on her first choice of a date. And when Juliet meets the gentleman in a store a few days later while shopping, she realized that even though she thought Monroe went overboard, he really didn’t.
Ultimately, Monroe and Juliet come to an agreement about her choices of dates. Their final date in the plan really brings home to both of them how much they belong together. But Monroe needs to work on some issues plaguing him. He will not say anything to Juliet about wanting to date her because he feels he is not worthy. His previous marriage is a good example of that.
So, will Monroe figure out what he needs to do to win over Juliet, or will he watch her walk away? Will Darling Springs become their new favorite place or will it be their most hated? It will be interesting to watch and see what happens with these two, their friends and their families. It seems every one has a vested interest in what the outcome is.
