Run and Hide is the second book in the Titan Protectors series and follows FBI Agent turned bodyguard Rhys as he falls for the the hot Hollywood movie star client, Jules.

About Run and Hide
Jules is Hollywood royalty. Her parents are both in the movie business as a screenwriter and director. She is an A List actress with many awards to her name. She has one sister, Abigail, who she is really close to, who is not in the movie business at all. When she was 20, she went through a tragic ordeal that left scars on her soul.
A decade ago, Rhys was with the FBI. He has an eidetic memory. This has served him well during his years with the Feds. He remembers details that most people overlook. He also has vision when it comes to solving puzzles. He can put things together that most people would not even see. When he is hired by boss man, Jared Westin, to become an elite bodyguard, it is for one reason only.
Rhys and Wes are on duty for the wedding of the century . Jules is set to marry another A List Hollywood star. But when a scandal breaks out, Jules becomes a runaway bride.
While Jules does not appear to be heartbroken over her wedding fiasco, Rhys is there for her in whatever capacity she needs. So when she decides to change her honeymoon to a sistermoon, he is there for her security.
But when Jules starts receiving messages from unknown numbers, Rhys goes into full security mode. He keeps trying to figure out what he is missing. How does this person know where she is and what she is doing? But when Jules is threatened by a person in her own room, it is time to escalate and bring in more help.
Jules is spirited away from her sistermoon and hidden where no one would ever think to look for her. But when her stalker escalates again, she must return to Hollywood and deal with the fallout. Will she be safe while in California? Will Rhys put all of the pieces together in time to save her? What will be the family fallout from everything that is coming after her?
Impressions
First, let me say that I absolutely love this series. I love the protectors and the support staff. And Viv takes no prisoners.
Rhys and Jules are meant to be together. They have such a storied history together, it was no surprise that they fell in love. He has been a part of the Lowry family, whether he thought so or not.
I feel for Jules. She does not play the poor little rich girl. She was born into a position that allowed her to be who she is. She knew the risks of doing what she does. But like any other woman, she just wants to be accepted for who she is, not the actress or her last name.
Rhys knows exactly who Jules is. He has spent years guarding her and protecting her. He hates Hollywood, but for her he would do anything. He shows her that love is not so so. It is so much more. He never gave up on her. He did not care who her family was. He only cares about her and what she needs. He is her Knight in Shining Armor.
I loved seeing all of the protectors get together for a backyard bbq. It was so laid back and watching them interact with each other was such a good time. Here is to more of these fun times.
